Safe Placement and Access

The customer must provide a firm, level and legally accessible placement area with adequate clearance. The customer is responsible for obtaining property-owner, HOA or governmental permission when required.

Loading

Material must remain below the top rail, be evenly distributed and comply with weight limits. Overfilled, unsafe or overweight containers may require unloading or additional charges before transport.

Prohibited Materials

Hazardous, liquid, pressurized, medical and other restricted materials are prohibited unless expressly approved in writing.

Property Protection

Heavy trucks and containers can affect driveways, pavement, lawns, curbs and underground systems. Placement at the customer’s direction is subject to the full rental agreement.
